Holiday time at last…

You are eagerly standing in a queue to get on the plane, this is the holiday you have been looking forward to for a very long time, no matter what happens you are getting on that plane to have a week or two away from all the stresses of your daily life. But you have that niggling pain in your lower back, it keeps catching you off guard, like it has a mind of its own, you don’t know when the next spasm will strike, you are worried as you walk up the stairs on to the plane you won’t be able to lift your leg, or you are scared to bend over and pick up that heavy suitcase.
The past last few months have been stressful, working far too many hours trying to make sure everything is done before you take your holiday…does this sound like you?
