How Many Sessions Do I Need?

For the best results, we recommend 3-4 sessions per week, starting with shorter sessions and gradually building up to a maximum of 10 minutes, as explained during your induction.

  2. Pay-As-You-Go – £12 per session: Perfect if you prefer to book sessions individually.

To get started, book your first session online by selecting “Initial Red Light Therapy”. This includes a 20-minute induction with a clinic assistant to guide you through the process and complete a consent form.

After your first session, you can book regular 10-minute sessions as often as you like.
